Natural Pond 10 Month Maintenance Service Details
Our natural treatments will be applied per the manufacturer’s recommendations at each of our visits.
Pond conditions can change throughout the year based on rainwater run-off and many other unique site conditions outside of our control. Additional algaecides or herbicides may be needed through the season based on what aquatic vegetation / weeds are thriving.
Proposal covers work stated within only. Any additional work requested or required, will be handled in an ‘add-on’ fashion. No new work will commence without the approval by the customer.
Prices given are good for thirty days.
PondWorks employees take great care in minimizing the damage to any pond plants or the surrounding landscape during our visits. Please inform us of any special requests prior to our arrival. PondWorks assumes no responsibility for any damages that may occur to your pond plants or surrounding landscape during our visit.
Service Calls / Special Visit:
Any service call will be billed for a minimum of 1 hour. If you would like to request a special maintenance visit before an event (i.e. a party or a wedding) please list the date in the form above. We will try to accommodate your request to the best of our abilities but cannot guarantee any date.
While our trucks are fully stocked with common replacement parts, we cannot stock every type of replacement part from every manufacturer. If your service requires a part we do not have in stock, we will order it and schedule another service call at an additional cost.
PondWorks assumes no responsibility for any issues/problems that cannot be directly related to the service that our technicians have provided.
Please indicate what month you would like your service on the previous page. If you have an exact date/time that you would like to be scheduled please indicate on the contract. Spring opening and winterization services are scheduled in order of contracts received. Once the schedule is made you will receive a call with the exact date. We will do our best to accommodate your requested dates but we cannot guarantee that we can fulfill those requests.
All invoices are to be paid within 30 days of service or per monthly payment plan stated above. A 2% interest charge may be applied if payments are more than 30 days overdue. Services will be suspended if account is past due 45 days. All major credit cards accepted with no additional fees.
