The following form shows our Maintenance Contract services and recommendations for maintaining our customer’s water features.

Typical Aeration System Maintenance Service Details (Depending on frequency of visits)
Remove and replace air filter cartridge
Inspect cooling fan
Inspect pressure gauge rating (5-10 psi)
Inspect pressure relief valve to ensure to air is escaping
Install piston maintenance kits
O-rings, cylinder sleeves, piston cups, leaf valves
Long-Duration Maintenance Service Details
Initial inspection and attempts to remove aeration diffuser plates from pond bottom
If pond bottom becomes too silted in the diffuser plates and they are not able to be removed, new weighted airline and plates will be needed at an additional charge.
Inspect and clean diffuser plates
Reinstall diffuser plates in pond
While our trucks are fully stocked with common replacement parts, if your service requires a part we do not have in stock, we will need to order it and schedule another service call at a later date and at an additional cost.
Service Calls / Special Visit:
Any service call will be billed for a minimum of 1 hour. If you would like to request a special maintenance visit before an event (i.e. a party or a wedding) please list the date in the form above. We will try to accommodate your request to the best of our abilities but cannot guarantee any date.
While our trucks are fully stocked with common replacement parts, we cannot stock every type of replacement part from every manufacturer. If your service requires a part we do not have in stock, we will order it and schedule another service call at an additional cost.
PondWorks assumes no responsibility for any issues/problems that cannot be directly related to the service that our technicians have provided.
Please indicate what month you would like your service on the previous page. If you have an exact date/time that you would like to be scheduled please indicate on the contract. Spring opening and winterization services are scheduled in order of contracts received. Once the schedule is made you will receive a call with the exact date. We will do our best to accommodate your requested dates but we cannot guarantee that we can fulfill those requests.
All invoices are to be paid within 30 days of service or per monthly payment plan stated above. A 2% interest charge may be applied if payments are more than 30 days overdue. Services will be suspended if account is past due 45 days. All major credit cards accepted with no additional fees.
